Permanent Placement

Hallmarks of a typical VERLYNK placement include: 

  • Detailed in-take meeting and sourcing strategy session: Day 1

  • Sourcing and outreach to qualified candidates: Ongoing

  • Screening, i.e. filtering out/in candidates: Days 3-4

  • 1st candidate presented: Day 5

  • 2nd, 3rd and 4th candidates presented: Days 6-10

  • Interviews and offers: Days 11-15

  • New employee's 1st day (given standard 2 week notice):  Day 30

Candidate phone-screens are meticulous and cover the full range of hard and soft skills you require.   Every candidate is presented with a detailed one page write-up which includes desired compensation and broader career goals.
