Decrease Time to Hire

I have provided consulting services for multiple companies throughout my time as a technical recruiter. I primarily recruit for a variety of software engineering roles. We would always start the interview process with a 30 minute hiring manager call if the recruiter screen went well. We would eventually remove the hiring manager call after just a couple of weeks. 95% of my candidates were passing the hiring manager screen. It wasn’t needed because I made it my mission to thoroughly screen candidates, so I could remove something from my hiring manager’s plate. I was able to accomplish this because I always conduct a very detailed intake meeting for every role. 

The result? We were able to decrease the time to hire to 2 weeks for all levels of software engineers.
